Interim Chief Heritage Officer and Director of Quality Systems and Wellness at Baycrest

Cyrelle Muskat serves as the Interim Chief Heritage Officer and Director of Quality Systems and Wellness at Baycrest, a global leader in aging and brain health. She oversees Recreation, Arts, Life Enrichment, and Social Work for the long-term care home, as well as Heritage and Spiritual Care across both the hospital and long-term care divisions. Her leadership of cross-functional teams and transformative initiatives has played a vital role in advancing organizational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation.

Emily Cohen-Henry

Director of the System Planning and Partnerships Branch, MOLTC

Emily Cohen-Henry is the Director of the System Planning and Partnerships Branch, Ministry of Long-Term Care. Prior to this role, she served as Manager of the Policy Unit within the Policy and Modernization Branch. Emily has played a key role in advancing initiatives to strengthen long-term care in Ontario, providing strategic leadership on complex files that require a systems perspective and cross-sector collaboration. Her work has included expanding access to clinical care and diagnostics and developing innovative models to support seniors in the community.

Scott Ovenden

Chief Regional Officer, East and Toronto Regions

Scott is an accomplished health care leader with proven results guiding teams toward measurable and sustained improvement. He has a track record of supporting regional and provincial initiatives, including Ontario Health Teams and pandemic response. As Chief Regional Officer, Scott is committed to developing collaborative relationships and contributing to the well-being of communities by driving seamless integration and impactful changes in support of person-centred care.

Mary Boutette

Mary Boutette joined Perley Health in 2014 as the Chief Operating Officer. Previously Mary was the Director of Service Excellence and Director of Quality and Patient Experience at The Ottawa Hospital. Mary holds a Master in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science Honours, Life Sciences, from Queens University. She completed the IDEAS Advanced Training Program in Quality Improvement in 2014 as part of the first cohort.
