Hannah Bontogon

Hannah Bontogon is the Quality and Education Coordinator at Belmont House, a charitable, non-profit home with 140 long-term care beds, and 81 Retirement apartments. Hannah’s role includes quality improvement, risk management, student placements and the staff education and training program. In her work she uses adult education, experiential learning and is committed to anti-racism, anti oppression, equity, diversity and inclusion.

Mary Boutette

Mary Boutette joined Perley Health in 2014 as the Chief Operating Officer. Previously Mary was the Director of Service Excellence and Director of Quality and Patient Experience at The Ottawa Hospital. Mary holds a Master in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science Honours, Life Sciences, from Queens University. She completed the IDEAS Advanced Training Program in Quality Improvement in 2014 as part of the first cohort.

Samantha Peck

Samantha Peck is the Executive Director of Family Councils Ontario, where she focuses on building relationships with funders, stakeholders, and organizations in an effort to carry out activities that support FCO's mission. She has nearly two decades experience in the sector and holds a BA from York University along with several post-graduate certificates from the University of Toronto, Schulich Executive Education Centre, Ryerson University, and more.
