Someday Starts Today

In this 30-minute TED-style talk, Doug Bolger urges Convention attendees to choose the one meaningful idea they gained at Convention and commit to acting on it, rather than letting it get buried in a stack of notes. Learn a simple listening practice that shifts focus from self to shared purpose, and take your first steps toward action — together.
Start Now

  • Plant One Idea and Grow It

Pick one idea from Convention and treat it like a seed, nurturing it carefully and with intention so it takes root, grows leaves, and becomes real change when you return to your home.

  • Practicing the Power of We

Practice a simple phrase — "What you said is important to me because..." — and use it to truly listen, acknowledge others, and turn individual ideas into shared action across your team.

  • Bringing Ideas Home to Stay

Carry your ideas home and share them one conversation at a time, so your team, residents, and families all feel the difference, turning Convention's energy into lasting change.
